My uncle
says
to go the the Rosetta Stone website and pick two languages
AND HE'S GOING TO ORDER THEM
AND I'M GOING TO GET TO LEARN THEM
TWO LANGUAGES
OMG
I'm guessing I'm gonna be learning one while he uses the other and then we switch, I don't know, the original arrangement was I pick one and he'd learn it and then give it to me, but now there's two! How amazing is that! SQEEEEEEE
I know one is going to be German. Either Irish or Japanese shall be the second...it's so hard to decide. I really should go with Latin, but I don't like it that much, it's a bit dry...
SO. I have to decide between the former two by the end of the day.
I think I might end up with Japanese, just because more people speak it and it will therefore be more useful...
I do love Irish though. It's so pretty.

Edit: After some thought and research, I shall go with Japanese, as I said, because it is more widely-spoken. Ah, well. Irish will be the next language on my goal-meter.

Japanese is freakin IMPOSSIBLE. It's not Latin-based, therefore, forget everything you've learned about languages so far if you're going to take it. D|
But, if you do learn it, I'll be jealous, because then you WON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR SUBS TO COME OUT AND YOU CAN WATCH IT RAWWWWWWWW @A@

Yeah, I know. I've taken bits and stabs at it before. It's like...@_@, but awesome. My main worry is learning to write it, especially the kanji.

Actually, they do have two different versions of English, so I could learn "British English". But how easy would that be?
