HaHA! At last, I have fulfilled my urge to do some really good fanart. Or at least, some really decent fanart. By my standards. In any case, I finally got around to Soul Eater, woot woot! Also, Stein=fun to doll. His hair's pretty easy, I absolutely love dolling stitches, and changing the smoke that came with the base into a rough outline of a skull was also pretty fun. That said: the colours of his shirt are really hard to get right. I'm pretty sure it's still not done right, but oh well.
Man, there's a ton of dithering on that shirt. @_@ I think it looks okay, though. It's smooth. I do need to up the contrast in the grey palette, though.
I have issues shading the bolt, though.
